Bongaigaon Refinery declares 50 % dividend
MUMBAI: Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the National Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2008 has recommended a dividend of Rs 5 (Five) per equity share of Rs.10/- each (fully paid up) amounting to Rs.9990.90 lakhs for the year 2007-08.
