Circular no.: MCX/C&S/463/2009                 November 9, 2009

In terms of the provisions of the Rules, Bye -Laws, Business Rules of the Exchange and in continuation to circular no. MCX/C&S/453/2009 dated November 3, 2009; the Members of the Exchange are notified as under:

Exchange has appointed additional warehouses for storing and effecting delivery in Soya Bean. The details of the warehouse address, contact person, charges, standard deduction etc. have been given in the Annexure.

Further, the Exchange has de-accredited warehouse at Ujjain delivery center. The details of the same have been given in the Annexure. Accordingly, no fresh deposit of commodity shall be accepted at this warehouse for exchange delivery with immediate effect.

All members and their respective constituents are requested to take note of the same.
