  Additional Warehouse for Delivery and De-accreditation of Warehouses of Guar Seed

In terms of the provisions of the Rules, Bye-Laws, Business Rules of the Exchange and in continuation to circular no. MCX/C&S/396/2009 dated September 30, 2009 and in partial modification to circular no. MCX/C&S/342/2009 dated August 25, 2009; the Members of the Exchange are notified as under:

Exchange has appointed an additional warehouse for storing and effecting delivery in Guar Seed. The details of the warehouse address, contact person, charges, standard deduction etc. have been given in the Annexure.

Warehouse of Sohan Lal & Co. at Chak-2HA, IInd Netawala, Shriganganagar, and Rajasthan- 335001 is de-accredited as NBHC warehouse and accredited under Exchange with immediate effect.

Further, the Exchange has de-accredited warehouses at some of the delivery centers. The details of the same have been given in the Annexure. Accordingly, no fresh deposit of commodity shall be accepted at these warehouses for exchange delivery with immediate effect.

All members and their respective constituents are requested to take note of the same.
