Circular No.: MCX/C&S/429/2009          October 20, 2009

In terms of provisions of the Rules, Bye-Laws and Business Rules of the Exchange; and in continuation to circular no. MCX/C&S/107/2009 dated February 27, 2009; the Members of the Exchange are notified as under:

The Exchange has de -accredited warehouse at Guna delivery center with effect from November 6, 2009. The detail of the same is as follows:

Accordingly, no fresh deposit of commodity shall be accepted at th is warehouse for exchange delivery with immediate effect.
