De-accreditation of Warehouses
Circular No.: MCX/C&S/466/2009 November 13, 2009 In terms of provisions of the Rules, Bye -Laws and Business Rules of the Exchange; Members of the Exchange are notified as under:
The Exchange has decided to de-accredit some of the delivery centers. The details of the cold storages/ warehouses are mentioned in Annexure.
Accordingly, no fresh deposit of commodities shall be accepted at these cold storages/ warehouse s for effecting delivery with effect from the respective dates of de-hiring as mentioned against each of the respective centre as mentioned in the attached Annexure.
Members and their respective constituents are requested to take note of the same.
