In terms of the provisions of the Rules, Bye-Laws, Business Rules of the Exchange; the
Members of the Exchange are notified as under:

Exchange has appointed warehouse s for storing and effecting delivery in Maize. The deta ils of the warehouse address, contact person, charges, standard deduction etc. is enclosed in Annexure – I

Assayer details:

Exchange has appointed the following quality certification agencies for carrying out sampling, testing and quality analysis of Maize at Nizamabad and Davengere delivery centers.

Primary Assayer - NBHC ProComm
Additional Assayer - Dr. Amin Controllers Pvt. Ltd.

Quality certification and analysis charges will be Rs. 1375.00 per 50MT lot (Inclusive of all taxes) payable by the seller at the time of delivery of physical stock.

Validity Period:

All deposits will be issued a quality certificate with validity upto 3 month & final expiry of 6 month subject to applicable standard deduction. Minimum Validity period of the quality certificate post expiry date of contract in which the commodity has been tendered shall be In accordance to the Validity Matrix/ 15 days/ Final Expiry Date of the quality certificate whichever comes first.

The corresponding validity matrix for considering validity date and final expiry date of the quality certificate is attached as Annexure - II

Standard Deduction:

It may be noted that adjustment on account of reduction in moisture during revalidation and/or lifting of goods shall be considered over and above the standard deduction.

The applicable standard deduction for depositing Maize deliveries through Exchange approved warehouse will be as follows:

Fresh deposit: 0.75 %
First / Final Revalidation: 0.75%
