Revised List of Equities as Collateral

In terms of provisions of the Rules, Bye-Laws and Business Rules of the Exchange and in modification to circular no: MCX/C&S/012/2013 dated January 8, 2013, members of the Exchange are notified as under:

The list of Equity Shares acceptable towards Additional Security Deposit as Non-Cash Collaterals is revised and is enclosed as annexure I and II respectively.

All the other terms and conditions pertaining to the pledge of securities shall continue to remain in force.

This circular shall be effective from February 25, 2013.
