In terms of the provisions of the Rules, Bye-Laws and Business Rules of the Exchange; the Members of the Exchange are notified as under:

Exchange has appointed a warehouse for storing and effecting delivery in Soya Bean.

The details of the warehouse address, contact person, charges, standard deduction etc. have been given in the Annexure.

Validity Period

The applicable validity period for Soya Bean will be 2+1 contract months subject to a maximum validity till September 2010 contract. The validity period will be applicable for all quality certificates for October 2009 onward contract and for these contracts only current year (October 2009 to September 2010) crop is deliverable.

Packaging
Packing should be in new or sound unmended B Twill Bags of 91 Kg gross weight.

The contract month shall be defined as per following example

October Contract Month = 21st September to 20th October

Illustration
Goods deposited and certified during the period 1st to 20th of October will be issued with a quality certificate deliverable from October contract to November contract. Goods deposited and certified during the period 21st to 31st of October will be issued with a quality certificate deliverable from November contract to December contract.

Minimum validity period of the quality certificate required post expiry date of the contract in which the commodity has been tendered shall be 15 Days or the Final Expiry date whichever is earlier.

Revalidation request will be entertained five days before the expiry of validity period and fresh QC will be issued on the date post expiry of validity period.
