Submission of “Designated Email ID”
Circular no.: MCX/MEM/456/2009 November 4 , 2009 In terms of the provision of Rules, Bye -Laws and Business Rules of the Exchange, the members of the Exchange are notified as under:
Exchange has decided each member shall designate one contact e-mail ID as
“Designated Email ID’’ and inform the same to the exchange. The exchange would be sending all e-mail communications to this e-mail ID. Also, all e-mails received from the member specified “Designated Email ID’’ would be considered as official communication from the member.
It will be member’s responsibility to:
i. Access the “Designated Email ID’’ regularly to see whether the exchange has sent any communications.
ii. Monitor and manage storage capacity of this e-mail ID to ensure that the storage space in the mail box does not get exceeded leading to bouncing of mails.
iii. To keep the Exchange informed about change in the “Designated Email ID’’.
iv. To take precautions necessary at its end to ensure confidentiality of mails.
You are requested to send us an e -mail address designated as your “Designated Email ID’’ latest by November 15, 2009 by e-mail to membership@mcxindia.com.
