  Charges and fees Structure for various changes

As per the applicable provisions of the Rules, Bye Laws and Regulations of the Exchange and any such amendment thereunder from time to time, various charges and fees payable for change in the Name of the Firm or Corporate entity, Constitution of such entity, Shareholding, etc. are as under:

Conversion of Membership :-

7.1

Individual or H.U.F Firm converted into Partnership/Corporate entity and former firm  will continue to hold membership of the Exchange and a minimum of 51% stake in the new entity

Partnership Firm converted into corporate entity and former firm  will continue to hold membership of the Exchange and DPG of the former firm will continue to hold a minimum of 51% stake in the new entity
