Thaks for continuing sympathetic approach to handicapped and serior citizens but part of a compartment is not sufficient. Everyone enters these compartment. To insist that a handicapped person must have an attendant is luxury. I know some without all four limbs also manaage to travel alone with some help from copassengers. To permit lone travel also saves revenue. Please consider.

This budget is not good,becouse today every thing is costliar,but do not increase the passenger rail bhada is very thinkful.since today diesal rate is very hike so rail bhada shod be increased,otherwise in long time railway will be looser company in india.
