Spot market price traded slightly higher on thin arrivals on Thursday.
Arrivals of soybean declined to 2,000 bags from 2,500 in Indore mandi on Thursday as compared to previous day (arrivals declined mainly due to rain). However, total arrivals declined to 1.60 lakh bags in major mandis of M.P. from 1.75 lakh bags.
CBOT January soybean futures ended higher at $ 10.39/bushels on Thursday, up 12.00 cents/bushels as compared to previous close.
CBOT January Soy meal futures ended higher at $ 311.10/tonnes on Thursday, up $ 9.00/tonnes as compared to previous close.
