MCX-SX Nov futures ends higher

Active MCX-SX November 09 futures closed at 46.8575. Immediate supports are around 46.50/46.60 followed by 46.20/46.30.

Immediate resistance falls around 47.05/47.15 followed by 47.35/47.45 levels. The MCX-SX INR Nov’09 Rupee futures registered an open interest of 339768 for the session.

It registered a decrease in volume by 22.75 % over its earlier session. MCX-SX Dec’09 Rupee futures closed towards 46.9475.

Earlier, November Rupee futures opened at 46.90. The BSE Sensex opened at 16209, 145 points up from its previous close. The rupee strengthened to its highest in more than a week on Friday boosted by gains in local equity markets.

The MSCI index of Asian stocks ex-Japan was 1.7 per cent higher, while the Nifty India stock futures traded in Singapore were up 1 per cent.
