MCX-SX Nov futures opens weaker

The MCX –SX November futures traded weaker at 46.85 9 in opening session on Friday morning. The Rupee was higher this morning on expectation of strong opening in the local Share market.

Asian stocks rose, paring a weekly loss, after Australia’s central bank more than tripled its economic-growth forecast .Nifty Singapore Futures were trading higher.

The MCX –SX USDINR November futures closed marginally higher on Thursday mainly due to buying in the local equity market. The US Dollar fell yesterday against major currencies.

Most of the global equity markets ended higher yesterday. The BSE Sensex ended higher by 151.77 points to end at 16063 on Wednesday.

U.S. stocks surged, sending the Dow Jones Industrial Average to its biggest gain since July, as jobless claims and worker productivity beat estimates. The Dow Jones Index ended higher by 203.82 points at 10006.

The Labor Department’s measure of worker productivity jumped at a 9.5 percent annual rate. The jobless claims data helped ease concern that rising unemployment will stifle the economy’s rebound.
