MCX-SX Nov futures opens weaker

The MCX –SX November futures traded at 46.49 at 9:32 am on Thursday morning.

The MCX –SX November futures closed slightly stronger on Wednesday as the Dollar weakened against major currencies Wednesday.

The BSE Sensex moved lower by 76 points to end at 16794.5 on Wednesday.

U.S. stocks slipped, pulling the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index down from a 13-month high.

The index has rallied as much as 64 percent from a 12-year low in March, pushing its valuation to about 22 times its companies’ reported earnings from continuing operations, the highest level since 2002.

The US Economic Data related to Housing came lower than expected which dragged the markets.
