MCX-SX trades 7,91,314 contracts

NEW DELHI : MCX-SX witnessed a healthy increase in trade volumes Wednesday 7,91,314 currency contracts were traded with a total value amounted to Rs 3807.8932 crore.

Out of which July contracts traded 7,43,937 volumes with a total value of Rs 3579.2034 crore while August contract traded 43,032 volumes with a value amounted to Rs 207.4676 crore.

Start trading in currencies, most happening place to trade

The best buying price was recorded for December contract at Rs 48.2600 while lowest buying price was for Rs 48.0125 for July contract.

The best selling price was recorded for October contract at Rs 48.1725 while lowest selling price was recorded for February contract at Rs 47.9175

Meanwhile the NSE traded 8,84,326 currency contracts Wednesday including 8,31,418 July and 5,22,40 August contracts against an RBI reference rate of Rs 48.0900.

The best buying price of 49.0000 was recorded for June 2010 contract while the lowest buying price of 48.0125 was accounted for July contract

Best selling price of Rs 49.9525 was accounted for April 2010 contract while the lowest buying price of 48.0175 was accounted for July contract.
