Indian rupee remained higher in late trade Friday despite a fall in the local share market. as gains in regional currencies, however, continued to support sentiment.
The partially convertible rupee was seen trading at 47.08 per dollar at 3.15 p.m, stronger than its previous close of 47.22 per dollar.
