Trade volume dips on MCX-SX

NEW DELHI (Commodity Online) : 25,57,344 US dollar currency futures were traded Monday on the MCX-SX with a total value amounted to Rs 11,973.09 crore.

Out of which February contract traded 23,01,501 volumes while March contract traded 1,23,475 volumes as against an RBI reference rate of 46.8100.

Start trading in currencies, most happening place to trade

The best buying price was recorded for June contract at Rs 47.1175 while lowest buying price was recorded for February contract with Rs 46.7925.

The Best selling price was recorded for July contract at Rs 47.2500 while lowest selling price was recorded for February contract at Rs 46.8500.

In euro futures, a total of 4,17,840 volumes were traded Monday with February contract accounted for 3,77,632 volumes while March contact accounted for 40,208 volumes with an RBI reference rate of Rs 63.8000 .Total trade value for the day was Rs 2675.66 crore.

Pound futures traded a total of 1,72,344 volumes on Monday with February contract accounted for all volumes with an RBI reference rate of Rs 72.9019. Total trade value for the day was Rs 1257.13 crore.

Yen futures traded a total of 1,71,902 volumes on Monday with February contract accounted for all of them with a RBI reference rate of Rs 52.3900. Total trade value for the day was Rs 899.95 crore.
