Trade volume surges on MCX-SX

NEW DELHI (Commodity Online) : Trade volumes surged on MCX-SX Thursday as 20, 25,460 currency contracts were traded with a total value amounted to Rs 9559.41 crore.

November contract traded 15,13,235 volumes amounted to Rs 7137.55 crore while December contract traded 3,02,805 volumes with a total value of Rs 1430.58 crore as against an RBI reference rate of Rs 47.1300.

The best buying price was recorded for March 2010 contracts at Rs 47.3000 while lowest buying price was recorded for November contract with 47.0600

The best selling price was recorded for March 2010 contract at Rs 47.5000 while lowest buying price was for Rs 47.0650 for November contract.
