  Rupee depreciates by 25 paise

  Indian rupee depreciated by 25 paise in late morning trade Monday against the dollar mainly on increased dollar demand from oil refiners amid inadequate supplies and steady crude prices.

Earlier, in active trade at the forex market, the rupee resumed sharply lower at 43.29/31 a dollar from its last weekend's close of 43.01/02 a dollar and later was quoted at 43.26/27 a dollar in late morning deals.
