MUMBAI (Commodity Online): NCDEX Chana futures trades up on Thursday on account of lower crop output due to adverse weather conditions in the growing regions.
The commodity for February traded up 3% to Rs 3470 at 11:50 IST.
According to analyts, adverse weather conditions in the main producing states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Rajasthan has been the reason for the commodity to trade higher.
In NCDEX, Chana for march delivery traded up 1.61% to Rs 3344 on 9th February.
