MUMBAI (Commodity Online): Refined Soy Oil futures declined Tuesday on weather concerns in the producing regions and on tracking global cues.
In NCDEX soy oil February contract closed at Rs.2526 per quintal, down by 1.19 per cent against the previous close.
In the morning session the contract traded at a range of Rs.2492-2572 per quintal. Open interest of the contract stood at 297350 lots and volume traded is 179870 lots.
Majorly in next weather might further get drier which might keep the prices in upswing. Recovery across the edible oils and Crude Oil expected for today might also support the rally in prices. Production estimation so for Rabi oilseeds is lower which is supporting oilseed prices.
