Gold prices witnessed a rise at MCX and NCDEX with the December contracts showing a gain of 0.34 per cent at Rs 11,788 per 10 gm.
The February contracts also climbed up by 0.33 per cent at Rs 11,804 per 10 gm.
At NCDEX, the November contracts moved up by 0.96 per cent at Rs 11,861 per 10 gm.
The December contracts also climbed up by 0.53 per cent at Rs 11,791 per 10 gm.
