LIFFE white sugar futures traded lower on Thursday on very light volumes with the credit environment bearish market.
December was down $6, or 1.6%, at $380.90 per tonne. New York’s most active raw sugar futures were down 18 points, or 1.3%, at 13.75 cents a pound.
