Buy NCDEX Feb guar seed above at Rs.13500:Edelweiss
Guarseed prices settled up with upper circuit of 4 percent at Rs.13941 due to tight supply and strong export demand of guargum in the spot market.
However Bullish trend is likely to continue at every lower price level because of strong export and tight supply in the spot market.
Moreover, traders estimated that the total export demand of guargum demand in the current year is likely at 6 lakh tonnes against the average annual demand of 2.5-3 lakh tonnes which might create the strong demand of guarseed in the spot market.
