Guarseed falls on hugiher supply, sell NCDEX Feb below 12000: Edelweiss
Guarseed prices settled down by 2.91 percent at Rs.11695 due to higher supply in the spot market despite tight supply and strong export demand of guargum in the spot market.
However Bullish trend is likely to continue at every lower price level because of strong export and tight supply in the spot market.
Moreover, traders estimated that the total export demand of guargum demand in the current year is likely at 6 lakh tonnes against the average annual demand of 2.5-3 lakh tonnes which might create the strong demand of guarseed in the spot market.
SELL NCDEX GUARSEED (FEB) BELOW 12000 SL 12700 TGT 11000
R1 12700 R2 13000 S1 11000 S2 10500.
