Local Chana stocks exhaust, prices could shoot

Chana futures consolidated within a tight range due to weak physical buying activity.

According to traders, demand for chana is expected to increase in the coming days and domestic stocks exhausted more than 50 percent.

However imports from other major producing countries can improve supply situation.
