Chilli futures rose sharply on Thursday to close near days high at 6106 rupees per 100kg after touching a low of 5980 during the day.
According to Andhra Pradesh, Department of Agriculture, sowing for rabi season has been completed on an area of 0.33 lakh hectares as of now. Market participants are now eagerly waiting for the arrival of the fresh produce which is expected to start by the end of Decemebr’09.
Trading Recommendations NCDEX Chilli Dec HOLD. Sell at 6100-6090 with a stop loss of 6222 for a target of 5950.
