N.American Palladium ends CAO deal

Palladium Ltd. (AMEX:PAL) has finally completed the acquisition of Cadiscor Resources Inc. (CVE:CAO) in an all-share transaction wherein the latters shareholders received 0.33 common shares of PAL/share of Cadiscor.
North American Palladium Ltd. is in the business of exploring and mining
Platinum Group Metals and precious metals. Cadiscor Resources Inc. is engaged in the exploration of mining properties with a view to commercial production.

PAL gained 0.46% at AMEX on Wednesday and was last traded at 2.39. It touched a 52-week high of 6.12 and low of 0.9.
