CME Group gets A.Rozenberg as MD, OTC Risk
NEW YORK (Commodity Online): World’s leading derivatives market group, CME Group has appointed Alexander (Sasha) Rozenberg as the Managing Director, Over-the-Counter Risk for CME Clearing, a media statement issued today informed.
Rozenberg, 39, will be responsible for advancing the company's over-the-counter (OTC) risk management policies and practices. He will be based in New York and will report to Tim Doar, Managing Director, Risk Management.
Rozenberg joins CME Group from SuperDerivatives, a derivatives solution provider, where he served as Product Manager, Credit Derivatives and Acting Head of Quantitative Analytics, and led the development of the company's credit derivatives pricing and analytics platform.
He has significant experience working for the financial engineering arms of three major OTC dealers – Goldman Sachs, JPMorganChase and Morgan Stanley. He earned a bachelor's degree in physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a PhD in theoretical physics from New York University.
The stocks of CME Group ended with sharp gains of over 3.2% at Rs.256.28 ON Nasdaq.
