NEW DELHI (Commodity Online):Dhara, the leading cooking oil brand in India, launched new variant of refined vegetable oil with a unque feature 'Low Absorb Technology'.

The company claims that the new variant has the goodness of Vitamin A & D apart from the naturally present MUFA and Omega 3.

"With rising health concerns, increasing number of consumers are analyzing their food consumption microscopically to reduce over indulgence. They expect their meals to be nutritionally optimal. Therefore, they prefer their food to be less oily and high in nutrition value. Our Research and Development team thus worked closely with the product team to create and offer a product which ensures that the food absorbs less oil during frying.“said Mr. Dinesh Agrawal, CEO, Dhara SBU

The offering ensures that the food absorbs less oil without compromising on the taste of the recipe. Cooking oils normally deteriorate in quality over numerous frying sessions', the new variant ensures that the oil deteriorates slowly while frying when compared to normal cooking oils. It also reduces the loss of Vitamin A which normally happens during the heating and frying application of any cooking oil., thereby, ensuring health every time you consume Dhara Refined Vegetable Oil"he added

The 'Low Absorb' variant of Dhara Vegetable Oil is available in 200 ml Tetra Brik, 500 ml PET bottle, 1 ltr Poly Pouch, 1 ltr PET bottle, 1 ltr Tetra Brik, 5 ltr Jerry Can and 15 ltr Jerry Can across all leading retail outlets and MRF's.
