Guar gum may remain range bound, kapas may gain

AHMEDABAD (Commodity Online): On the NCDEX on Friday, guar gum October contract may remain range bound, according to analyst estimates. In the past week, guar gum September futures traded in the range of 13700-14000 and gained drastically on Thursday.


“The futures may remain range bound for Friday and the October contract, may trade in the range of 13560-14170.” said Anil Patadia, agri-commodity analyst with Commodity Online.


Meanwhile Kapas April futures may gain on Friday.”Flood in the production areas may tilt investor sentiments in this direction.”Anil Patadia added. Bottom could be Rs.760 and upper level could be Rs.792, he said.


Turmeric is expected to remain weak, he further said and maize would remain positive. According to him, maize may touch 1207 levels by weekend.
