MUMBAI (Commodity Online): India's coffee exports during October 2011 to January 31, 2012 was up 20.12% at Rs 1,200.92 crore against Rs 999.72cr same period last year.
According to Coffee Board, during the first four months of the Coffee Year 2012, the exports reached 79,021 tons from 85,455 tons same period last year, reported The Business Line.
India's coffee production for 2011-12 financial year is estimated to be around 3,22,250 tons.
Main importers of Indian coffee are Italy, Germany, the Russian Federation, Belgium and Spain.
