Inverter ACs: Best bet for heat management
Commodity Online As the mercury is seen rising with the onset of summer, the need of temperature management is becoming imminent, especially when energy costs are hitting the roof and giving a cold sweat to the air-conditioner users.
It has been recognized that the heat management is equally important as setting up a heat cooling system. It means that when the outdoor temperature is high and people need the air-conditioner to output a larger capacity of cold air to rooms but the cooling capacity of conventional air-conditioner are not always strong enough, this will influence the comfort.
Conversely, when the outdoor temperature is found low and people need the air-conditioner to output a smaller capacity of cold air to rooms but due to high compression capacity of conventional air-conditioners, the air will use a lot of electricity.
However, through the change of rotation speed of the compressor, the inverter air-conditioner can make the cooling capacity increase with the increase of outdoor temperature or decrease with the decrease of an outdoor temperature. In this way, the cooling capacity will automatically match the heat load in the room, improve the comfort and save the electricity.
QUICK COOLING AND HEATING TECHNOLOGY In the changing temperatures, the compressor would stop, once the room temperature reaches the set temperature; when the room temperature rises by one degree than the set temperature, the compressor would start once again.
As per the temperature adjustment method of inverter air-conditioner, when the room temperature decreases by every 0.5 degree, the rotation frequency decrease by one level. This means, when the indoor temperature decreases by every 0.5 degree, the rotation frequency decreases by one level.
That means, when the indoor temperature is higher, the rotation frequency is larger in order to realize the quick cooling of the air conditioners. Once the indoor temperature is almost the same as the set temperature, the rotation frequency will be smaller and the cooling capacity will also be smaller, in order to make the indoor temperature the same as the set temperature with a small fluctuation of the temperature.
ENERGY SAVING TECHNOLOGY The frequent switching on and off of the conventional air-conditioner to control the compressor would increase the consumption of electricity. The inverter air-conditioner will automatically maintain the indoor temperature through the low-frequency to avoid the frequent switching - on /off compressor .Over a period of time, the air conditioner will save about 30% of electricity than a conventional fixed speed air-conditioner.
