IVRCL Infra announces record date for bonus

MUMBAI (Commodity Online): Infrastructure major, IVRCL Infrastructure & Projects Ltd (BOM:530773) announced the allotment of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 after the approval by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the company that was held on March 08, 2010.

The company stocks gained on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on the morning trades today. The stock was marginally up by 0.24% to Rs.330.85. However, the stock has gained as much as 5.86% in past one month.

The company made the bonus announcement after the market hours on Tuesday. The company stated in its filing with the BSE that it has fixed the Record Date as March 19, 2010 for allotment of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 approved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company held on March 08, 2010.

The company is engaged in the business of development and execution of engineering procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) and lump sum turnkey (LSTK) facilities in various infrastructure projects, such as water supply, roads and bridges, townships and industrial structures, power transmission, for Central/State Governments, other local bodies and private sector in India.
