Turmeric spot prices up on intense demand at Nizamabad

Turmeric is trading on a roll in the local cash markets today. In Nizamabad, the spot price of Turmeric, ex- warehouse, inclusive of Sales tax/VAT is Rs 4021.80 per quintal, recording a rise of Rs 187.40 or 4.89 percent over the previous closing price today.The commodity closed up by Rs 35.70 in the previous session.
